Harry Rayner

Environmental Consultant

Harry Rayner has over 40 years of broad-based experience in the field of construction and in the design and remediation of hazardous materials. He is an EPA/AHERA Asbestos Accredited Contractor Supervisor, Inspector of Asbestos in Buildings, Management Planner, and a Project Designer, and has completed Hazardous Waste Training.

Throughout his career, Harry has had extensive experience in cost estimating, development of operations and maintenance programs, environmental site assessments, and sampling of waste, solids, and liquids.

Harry has administered and managed hundreds of asbestos and lead abatement projects for commercial buildings, educational facilities, industrial facilities, building demolition and utility termination, underground storage tank removal, and groundwater remediation. Projects estimated by Harry range from $5,000 to $50,000,000 dollars.

Ben Rayner

Professional Engineer

Ben is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Louisiana (License No. 46862), Mississippi (License No. 33811), and Texas (License No. 150393) with a specialty in structural engineering.

Ben joined Rayner Consulting Group in 2022 to lead a new structural line of service for the firm. Prior to joining Rayner Consulting Group, Ben was employed with Wardlaw Lasseigne and LeBouef where he specialized primarily in commercial structures such as schools, retail, offices, and multi-use facilities. Prior to working at Wardlaw Lasseigne and LeBouef, Ben was employed at Ford Bacon and Davis where he was responsible for structural design of new systems and retrofitted systems throughout chemical plants in South Louisiana and Alabama. Additional project design experience throughout Ben’s career includes single family residential, multifamily residential, and industrial foundations.
